   We are an experienced agricultural exchange program for rural youth of Ukraine specializing in work-training or hands-on practice at native and foreign agricultural and food processing enterprises. 
   Our applicants: they are trained in all spheres of Agriculture and Horticulture. Mostly all of them are children of farmers, born and raised in rural areas. Besides, we cooperate with few widely specialized research farms (beef, dairy, pig and crop production, vegetable growing, nursery, greenhouse, orchards) where trainees obtain their skills and experience. They also have additional practical experience in driving, repairing and building. Based on our previous experience of placing our students and their high level performance we can guarantee that you will be completely enjoyed of their work. If you wish we can provide you with a wide list of references from the farmers of your country and many international organizations from all over the globe.
   We are a proud participation organization of Grow Abroad World Alliance, which is comprised of 35 agriculture and cultural exchange programs from 27 countries. Grow Abroad has established standards for membership to insure that participants are treated fairly.

AgroUman is a company with 25 years of professional experience in organizing international agricultural internships on the Ukrainian and CIS markets. AgroUman was founded as Uman Agrarian Youth Organization on the basis of the Uman State Agrarian University, one of the biggest and oldest agricultural institutions in Ukraine. Within this organization we developed the Department of International Programs which allows us to work with other agrotechnical colleges and institutions.
Every year, hundreds of students and recent graduates visit Finland, Denmark, Switzerland, Germany, Canada, Australia and the United States, receive invaluable experience and opportunity to learn about the lives of people in other countries, their culture and traditions, and share their knowledge and skills. The programs provide different directions in the field of plant growing and animal husbandry and mane more.

Our program goals/objectives for all candidates:
  • Provide young adults with experience through applied internship programs.
  • Provide young adults with the opportunity to develop an understanding of the lifestyles and cultural patterns in different countries.
  • Strengthen and improve mutual understanding between countries through establishment of contacts between participants and business hosts.
  • Increase knowledge of foreign cultures and languages.
  • Promote recognition of cultural, technical, and academic values of the program by awarding certificates and/or college credits.
  • Promote the effective exchange of knowledge and experience together with partners universities we hold international seminars, round tables discussions and meetings.
  • Bring agro- teachers, post-graduate students and students to have the opportunity to participate in the international exchange programs.
  • Participate in international projects aimed at improving higher education and adapting to the standards in Ukraine.
